Jessie Gittemeier is a staff attorney at Legal Aid of Western Missouri's Neighborhood Development Office where she represents community groups, nonprofits, and other group entities and individuals. She works primarily on blighted property remediation, affordable housing, community benefit agreements, title issues, and other land related issues. She aims to center community in the work she does and is passionate about supporting alternative forms of ownership.

Jessie is a graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon and now practices in her hometown of Kansas City, Missouri. She enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
