The following brief case studies were compiled by our staff to provide real examples of small businesses and organizations using various grassroots finance strategies to raise investment dollars from their communities. Grassroots finance or community capital can be used for a wide variety of enterprises, organizations, and projects, and the case studies below provide just a few examples.
