The Sustainable Economies Law Center (SELC) provides direct legal support to individuals and groups who are working to create new solutions for resilient local economies.  The Legal Cafe is a first-come, first-serve, donation-based legal advice clinic, providing a collaborative space for community building and connecting. Following the Legal Cafe, there will be a screening of the film, Shift Change about the recent rise of worker cooperatives around the country, that will be showing at the La Peña Cultural Center (3105 Shattuck Ave, Berkeley) not far from Alchemy Collective Cafe.
