At the Sustainable Economies Law Center, we don't only want to provide high quality legal advice, education, research, and advocacy; we want to build the movement toward a cooperative economy! That's why we're delighted to hold an event to bring together parents interested in either becoming part of a childcare coop or starting their own childcare cooperative.

Jenny Loda and Sarah Kaplan, both attorneys and Legal Fellows at SELC, will provide a short introduction to childcare coops. Then we'll have a discussion around what the needs are from those in the room as well as what some of the steps would be to starting a childcare coop.

SELC is working to get childcare for this event!

Children are welcome and we will take care of them cooperatively at the event!
