Collaborate to Co-Liberate: Structures and Practices for Democratic Organizations (C2C) is a 12 module learning journey designed for solidarity economy and social justice movement left organizations who are building organizations with democratic, participatory, and liberatory leadership structures.
C2C examines some of the stickiest and most challenging questions we face when striving to build organizational structures that live into our values of a more inclusive, democratic, embodied, and life-giving world. The modules all together present a journey along the iterative, dynamic, and spiraling path through organizational transformation.
For this first time ever, we are offering discounted access to all twelve previously recorded modules as a bundle that can be reviewed at your own pace. All modules are made available immediately upon registration, and will be available for review until June 30, 2026.
How the Self-Paced Learning Journey Works
Upon registering, you will gain access to the full course content as well as our online community of practice (the Nonprofit Democracy Network), hosted on Mighty Networks, a social network platform for self-organized communities.
The recordings, slides, and follow up resources for all twelve modules will be instantly available to you to watch on your own timeline. We recommend reviewing the resources in the established order, however you are welcome to orient to the modules that are most relevant to you in your current moment.
Optional: Solidari-Tea Time
In addition to the optional peer coaching cohort, participants in the self-paced C2C learning journey are invited to monthly "Solidari-Tea Time" sessions hosted by the Nonprofit Democracy Network. These sessions are spaces to get resources, coaching and support around implementing a specific area of organizational change.

Access Considerations
All recorded C2C modules include automatic closed captioning via Youtube in English. All slides and follow up resources are available in English only. Recordings of six of the twelve modules are available with Spanish interpretation.
Unfortunately due to budget and capacity constraints, we do not have additional resources or recordings available in Spanish, ASL, or other languages.
