Annette is an attorney with a public interest law firm in North Carolina, the Land Loss Prevention Project. We provide legal assistance, at no cost, to limited resource individuals, families, and community based organizations on issues related to real property & equitable credit access. LLPP staff have a particular focus on the promotion of equitable land access and tenure as we work with owners of heir property and on varied agricultural issues.

Since graduating law school, I’ve been grateful to work directly with, and learn from, individuals and families that are using varied strategies to protect and expand access to homes and land. I am a graduate of UNC Charlotte and Case Western Reserve University School of Law and currently serve on the North Carolina Local Food Council and am a member of the Board of Directors for the Center for Community Connection.
