We'll begin with Elizabeth Carter explaining some basics about the JOBS Act of 2012 and 2017, the recent 2021 crowdfunding changes by the SEC, as well as racial, gender and economic justice outcomes and limitations. Then we'll have a moderated Q&A with the panelists wherein attendees can pose questions.
