WHY I'M RUNNING: I am running in the Oakland Running Festival because I believe that worker cooperatives and worker self-directed nonprofits are powerful tools for job stability and wealth creation. The Sustainable Economies Law Center is working to create more of both through providing essential legal tools - education, research, advice, and advocacy - so communities everywhere can thrive. I hope to raise $300 for their campaign so please join us and pitch in what you can!
