They earned their BA in Human Services and International Affairs at Northeastern University in Boston, a foundational setting for their love of poetry, their community-engaged work, and their liberatory longing. Miqo moved to California to pursue a combined geography graduate and law degree at UC Davis. Honored to now be an Oakland resident, you can find them seeking joy through karaoke, discourse, crafts, cake and the color purple.
