Blair (they/she) was raised between the DC area and the US Virgin Islands, and is now based on Canarsie land (Brooklyn, NY). As a Black American with roots in many environmentally vulnerable places, land, environment, and sovereignty have always been essential and intertwined for Blair. They want to facilitate opportunities for Black (especially trans and queer) people to reconnect and heal their relationships with land, and to create safer worlds with other Indigenous folks, POCs, and their allies. They intend for their work to be informed by abolition and Black queer feminism.

Blair's work at the Law Center is focused on land rematriation to Indigenous communities, facilitating opportunities for BIPOC land stewardship, and supporting BIPOC folks in creating cool stuff. Blair's past work has involved LGBTQ health, housing, and environmental justice. In their free time they enjoy digging in the dirt, rollerblading, dancing, and the beach.
