Alex is an interdisciplinary artist and writer immersed in the work of growth and recovery, both for himself and for his communities. Alex weds that ethic to his projects as an intern at the Law Center. He finds time to share his personal experiences and emotions during meetings with team members, allowing him to learn and grow from those at the Law Center who hold robust, experience-informed insights about sustainable economies. Through the Law Centers land rematriation projects with nearby indigenous communities, he contributes to the recovery of our lands that have been scarred by white capitalism. He is thankful for the opportunity and looks forward to continue engaging with this work. Alex currently attends Stanford Law School, where he writes about the intersections of race, culture, and American jurisprudence.
