This MCLE will cover the basics of providing legal advice to  mutual aid groups, emphasizing the importance of exploring low-administrative-burden options that attorneys often overlook such as unincorporated associations. We will also cover information and records as well as some of the tricky tax questions that tend to come up when redistributing money.
