A presentation and discussion on the various forms of nonprofit hybrid structures for mission-oriented organizations, including for-profit subsidiaries of nonprofits, corporate foundations, and affiliated nonprofit and for-profit organizations.
The presenters will review choice of entity considerations, as well as the tax, corporate, and regulatory implications of different hybrid structures.
