Come have a popsicle and help support a newly launched Latina-owned worker cooperative expand their network in the Bay Area!
Just Paletas is a Latina owned worker-cooperative that was started with assistance from SELC and Prospera, a nonprofit that partners with low-income latinas to build worker cooperatives. Just Paletas is comprised of two Latinas, Ana and Esme (short for Esmeralda). Together, they make delicious paletas or popsicles inspired by flavors from their native Mexico.
