Forming an LLC in an Anti-Immigrant Climate

Join Sustainable Economies Law Center and East Bay Community Law Center for a legal cafe discussion on why and how undocumented people can benefit from forming LLCs.  

Prerna Lal (EBCLC-Immigration) will be leading the discussion around the current political context and the need for undocumented immigrants to form LLCs. Jassmin Poyaon (EBCLC-Community Economic Justice) will share general considerations and steps in forming and maintaining an LLC.

The last hour will be dedicated to individual consultations with immigration and transactional attorneys.
