This is a space for those who attended the 2020 Worker Coop Conference and who wanted to start or participate in a few conversations/breakout groups on things like

• How white supremacy culture, colonialist mindsets, ableism and other systems of oppression show up in our spaces,

• Pressures from philanthropy and public funding and how these funding relationships perpetuate systems of oppression,

• How unionization can be a helpful tool in all of this, and

• Opening a fruitful conversation about tensions between nonprofits and cooperatives in our movement.

Think of it like we're going out from the conference building to sit on some grass and talk through these things.
