A step-by-step workshop on getting your nonprofit legal paperwork in order, and in reviewing ongoing legal requirements for nonprofits.
This workshop is for:
- people who want to start a nonprofit
- people in the middle of the process of incorporating their nonprofit
- people who have completed the process of forming a nonprofit and want to continue to work on their nonprofit formation documents, and review future legal requirements
The workshop will include:
- Going through all legal documents that need to be developed (Template documents provided)
Individual assistance to write and edit your legal documents
Review of ongoing legal requirements (990s, etc.)
The workshop is capped to 8 nonprofit signups (individual or groups up to 3 people) so all participants can receive hands-on support.
