Forage Kitchen Legal Cafe for Food Enterprises

Forage Kitchen Cafe

The Sustainable Economies Law Center is partnering with Forage Kitchen to host a pop-up cafe that focuses on food enterprises

The Sustainable Economies Law Center provides direct legal support to individuals and groups who are working to create new solutions for resilient local economies.  The Resilient Communities Legal Cafe is a first-come, first-serve, donation-based legal advice clinic, providing a collaborative space for community building and connecting.

Forage Kitchen is a shared kitchen and co-working space in Oakland for food entrepreneurs. Their mission is to expand the local food economy by supporting its producers.

For more information about the Legal Cafe, including the areas of law we specialize in, our upcoming teach-ins, and more, please visit www.theselc.org/cafe.

There will be a short teach-in on Operating a Food Business Legally happening simultaneously with the Legal Cafe. If you'd like to attend both, you can RSVP for the teach-in here, and receive individual legal advice after the teach-in has concluded.
