Come to SELC’s teach-in on July 21st, where we will be hosting a discussion on various approaches to efficiently building and maintaining participatory management, democratic governance, and organizational order in your democratic workspace.

This event is open and welcome to all, whether you’re a worker-owner in a coop, an employee of a democratic non-profit, or anything in between. Come with your questions, suggestions, concerns, and horror stories. We’ll learn from the successes and failures of others, and critically examine the structures of our own groups!
